Terms of Service

Introduction

Welcome to Grow Partnership Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

Services

We provide business coaching and related services designed to help individuals and businesses achieve their goals. Our services may include one-to-one coaching sessions, group workshops, online courses, and access to various resources.

User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when requested.
  • Use our services for lawful purposes only.
  • Respect the confidentiality of all coaching sessions.
  • Not share, reproduce, or distribute any proprietary materials provided during coaching sessions without our permission.

Payment and Fees

All fees for our services are outlined on our website or communicated directly to you. Payment is required in advance unless otherwise agreed. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website.

Cancellations and Refunds

Coaching Sessions: If you need to cancel or reschedule a coaching session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Workshops and Courses: Refund policies for workshops and courses will be specified at the time of registration. Generally, refunds are available if you cancel at least 7 days before the start date.

One-to-one Coaching: The coaching commitment is based on four sessions per month or a total of 48 per year for weekly coaching, or two sessions per month or 24 per year for fortnightly coaching. Our commitment to you is that your coach will be available for your selected coaching slot or an alternative during that week (if the coach’s diary allows) for the committed 48 sessions / 24 sessions per year. If you are unable to make the coaching slot but the coach is available, then that is your choice & no refund is due. However, if the coach is unavailable for your coaching session & no alternative is suitable for you then a refund for that portion of the month will be due to you within 30 days. This will only apply if, by this point, you haven’t already allotted more coaching sessions than committed due to their sometimes being five sessions / three sessions in one month.

Ninety-day planning sessions & long-term goal building sessions will replace one coaching session.

Occasionally your coaching session will need to be covered by an alternative coach.

Confidentiality

We take your privacy and confidentiality seriously. All information shared during coaching sessions is confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

Intellectual Property

All content provided through our services, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Grow Partnership Ltd. or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided on an “as is” basis. We make no guarantees regarding the results of our coaching services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and will not be liable for any damages arising from the use of our services.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
